As a founder myself, I know what it’s like to juggle everything, make high-stakes decisions with limited time, and wish someone just got it.

That understanding came from three years of being invisible in plain sight—closing 310 leases, generating over $10M in rental revenue, and holding operations together in an environment that treated me like a number.

I was reliable, resourceful, and results-driven in chaos. But eventually, I stopped asking for recognition from people who profited from my burnout.

(3-month minimum | Invite-only)

For the founder who needs a true right hand — embedded, strategic, and relentlessly proactive. Includes up to 80 hours/month of deep partnership across operations, team management, decision support, and in-person strategy intensives.

Disclaimer: Due to the high-touch nature of the Founder in Residence tier, availability is extremely limited and not all applicants will be selected. I personally review every application and respond to those that are a strong fit for this level of partnership. If we’re not aligned at this time, I’ll recommend one of my other support tiers that may be a better fit for your needs and stage.
